The facility comprises 60,000 sq. ft. of integrated operational space, organized into four primary functional zones:

• Line Truck Operations (30,000 sq. ft.): A dedicated high-bay area for housing and deploying the line truck fleet.
• Logistics & Storm Response (10,000 sq. ft.): A centralized storeroom housing critical materials for both routine maintenance and emergency storm restoration.
• Detached Fleet Maintenance (10,000 sq. ft.): A standalone service building equipped for heavy-duty vehicle repair, featuring dual 5-ton overhead bridge cranes, an in-ground lift, and two four-post lifts.
• Administrative Suite (10,000 sq. ft.): Dedicated office space for management, scheduling, and core administrative.
